BIO: I’m the owner of Infanger Insurance, Inc. in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I started the agency in 2010, but insurance has been part of my life long before that—my dad began his career as a captive agent in 1979, so I grew up around the industry. I’ve been licensed since 2009 and have enjoyed building a business focused on helping people protect what matters most. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family—my wife and I have four kids—and staying involved in the community, including serving on a local school board. Whenever I can, I like getting outdoors and taking in everything the Northwest has to offer.
BIO: I’ve been with Infanger Insurance since 2017 as the very first employee, and what started as a one-day-a-week job quickly turned into something I love. I enjoy helping people save money, find the right coverage, and being part of a team that feels more like family. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family—whether that’s hiking in the Tetons, floating the river, or tackling a DIY project at home. I’m fueled by my very specific Maverik “half Coke, half Diet Coke” routine, and you’ll usually find me listening to country or 80s music on the radio.
I also enjoy baking homemade bread, reading (especially fantasy or dystopian books), and keeping things simple—except for my growing collection of Maverik cups. I’m proud to be a first-generation college graduate and even more proud of my kids. At the end of the day, I’m motivated by hard work, positive relationships, and just knowing I made a difference.

BIO: I have been licensed since 2017. I love spending time outside with my family, especially waterskiing on the weekends. I’m usually listening to 90’s country or the Western Grind podcast, and I enjoy hands-on hobbies like crafting whenever I get the chance.
I got into insurance through a local opportunity, but stayed because of the great clients, flexibility, and growth. I enjoy helping people understand their coverage, especially when it comes to home details and learning about different businesses. I’m motivated by positive outcomes and take pride in building strong relationships. Right now, I’m also excited about learning home design as we begin building a spec home.
BIO:I love spending weekends with my kids—whether it’s movie nights, yard work, or just making fun drinks together. When I get some free time, I’m usually traveling or catching up with family and friends. I’m powered by a daily Dutch Bros caramelizer freeze (and a lot of loyalty perks 😄), and my music taste is all over the place—from country and classic rock to hymns and Christmas music.
I enjoy being on the water—especially surfing behind a boat—and I have a soft spot for Minky blankets, western style, and anything Disney. I got into insurance thanks to Rachelle, and now I love the organization, helping people, and getting things done the right way. I’m most proud of navigating life’s challenges while staying positive—especially raising my kids. They’re my biggest motivation. I thrive in a structured, upbeat environment, and if I had unlimited time and money, I’d be snowmobiling in Canada or learning to surf in Hawaii.
BIO: I’m easygoing and love a positive, upbeat environment—especially working with a team that makes coming to work something I actually look forward to. I’m fueled mostly by green tea (and occasionally a Mango Dream from Pick Me Up), and I enjoy just about every kind of music… except heavy metal. Outside of work, I’m all about relaxing weekends, random hobbies, and collecting unique things like rocks, feathers, and books. My favorite part of my job is helping customers and making sure they leave every interaction happy.
My biggest accomplishment in life is being a mom—my kids are my biggest motivation and inspiration. I love the little things at work, like shoutouts and treats, and if time and money weren’t a factor, I’d spend it traveling the world with my kids and giving them experiences they’ll never forget.

Outside of work, I love reading and am slowly building my dream home library. I got into insurance to grow my people skills and gain real-life experience, and I’ve loved being part of such a positive, supportive team. I’m especially proud of earning my insurance license (2025) at a young age and am always working to keep learning and improving.
BIO: I’m happiest near the ocean, in the mountains, or just spending time with my family (or a good book at home). I run on Dr Pepper Creamy Coconut and a mix of country, reggae, trop rock, and classic rock.
I enjoy cooking, baking, and getting outside for hikes and bike rides, and I love collecting Disney memorabilia and antiques. I got into this industry thanks to Kim, and it’s been a great decision—I love working with our team and helping customers in meaningful ways. I’m most proud of my family, especially adopting my two oldest boys and later having my youngest. They’re my biggest motivation. I’m also working on getting back into running—and someday, I’ll finally tackle a full marathon.
BIO: I’m Talon—an engineer by background, a dad at heart, and your go-to health insurance pro. I graduated from Utah State University with a degree in engineering and bring that problem-solving mindset into helping people navigate health insurance in a simple, practical way.
I enjoy breaking down complex coverage so it actually makes sense, and making sure families feel confident in their decisions. Outside of work, I’m all about spending time with my family and staying active.
BIO: I love spending time with family and friends—ideally on a beach, but since we’re in Idaho, a good dinner out works too. I’m usually fueled by a soda (a Pick Me Up is my go-to) and enjoy country and indie music, along with wellness and political podcasts.
I got into insurance because of the real-life skills it teaches, and I enjoy helping people while continuing to learn and grow. Outside of work, I love doing nails and have a background in horseback riding. I’m motivated by progress and take pride in building confidence and helping others along the way.
BIO: I enjoy the fast pace of insurance and the challenge of helping clients find the right coverage—it’s a great feeling when everything comes together and makes sense for them. I’m always working to improve my sales skills and take pride in how much I’ve grown and gained confidence over the past few years.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me camping, in the mountains around Island Park, or playing old-school RPG games. I’m a big fan of heavy metal, Dr. Pepper, and a good pizza (though a solid burger is a close second). Most of all, I’m motivated by hitting goals, continuous growth, and the support of my wife, Kelsey.
BIO: I’m recently married and love spending my weekends outdoors somewhere warm—keeping it active but low-key with music playing in the background. I’m usually fueled by Coke Zero, Monsters, or Alani. I’m a big fan of sushi or grabbing something quick from Costa Vida.
Most people wouldn’t guess that I’m into deep sea scuba diving, or that I enjoy creative hobbies like pottery and drawing. I chose insurance because it offers flexibility, stability, and a chance to keep learning every day—but what I enjoy most is helping clients feel taken care of and confident in their coverage. Growing up, I was lucky to travel a lot, and my dad has always been a big influence on me. I’m always looking for ways to grow, and someday, I’d love to learn how to fly a plane.
